They don't pay much, I have no idea what their distribution is like, and a couple things set off warning bells... but they do pay, and if I wasn't already in the middle of negotiating with a more mainstream company, I'd probably be interested myself. I might conceivably be interested anyway if my existing deal-in-progress falls through. Check them out.
If anyone would like to see what my manga scripts look like, comment and I'll email you a sample. It so happens that I have one that, except for not being yaoi, fits their guidelines as it was written for an artist whose first language is not English.
